3. Products
All products offered through our website are print-on-demand. This means items are manufactured individually when an order is placed. We use Printful and affiliated fulfillment partners for production and shipping.
Because of this fulfillment method:
- Product variations in print color, placement, or material may occur
- Items may ship separately if an order contains multiple products
- Availability may depend on Printful’s stock and facilities
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is considered placed when you complete checkout. An order is considered confirmed when payment has been successfully processed.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment providers:
- Stripe
- PayPal
Each provider may require identity verification, credit checks, or additional terms. All disputes related to payment processing fall under the respective provider’s policies.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may be added depending on your location.
We reserve the right to modify prices, shipping rates, or product offerings at any time without prior notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Fulfillment
Orders are produced and shipped by Printful and/or Printful’s logistics partners. Fulfillment times typically range from 2–7 business days, excluding shipping time.
6.2 Shipping Variability
Shipping times and costs vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Product type
- The Printful facility fulfilling the order
Because Printful routes orders dynamically, shipping fees may vary between orders, even for the same product category.
6.3 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
7. Returns & Refunds / Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer from within the EU/EEA , you have the statutory right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days after receiving the item.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed before purchase.
Upon valid return, we will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs (but not additional costs incurred due to your choice of non-standard shipping) within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or documentation that goods have been returned.
Exception for Made-to-Order Products:
Because all our products are manufactured on demand (print-on-demand / custom made), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept this exception.
7.2 Defective or Incorrect Items
If a delivered product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially differs from what was described or agreed, you must notify us as soon as possible and at the latest within two months after you discovered the defect.
Under applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to complain about defects for up to two years from the delivery date — or up to five years if the item is intended to last significantly longer. Upon valid claim, you may choose one of the following remedies:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with a fault-free item
- A reasonable price reduction
- Full refund if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time
We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the reported defect before providing a remedy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding elements, product images, and written content on this website belong to éveillé and its content creators. No material may be copied, resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
éveillé is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by Printful, shipping carriers, or customs
- Color or print variations inherent to POD production
- Losses resulting from incorrect customer information
Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the purchased goods.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
